We are now a decent way into the 2017 season, so much so that the top athletes are starting to assert their dominance over their respective divisions. As such, the Wizard feels that it is time to release his 2017 current Top QBs & RBs of the Mid-Penn Conference. There is certainly time for other athletes to make their mark on the Mid-Penn football season. But right now the following QBs and RBs are lighting up the Mid-Penn Conference.
