In the 2nd installment of the 2017 Wizard of Oddz Mid-Penn Power Rankings Announcement the Wizard will be announcing the Power Rankings for the Mid-Penn Commonwealth Division.

The Mid-Penn Commonwealth Division is by far the most powerful Division within the Mid-Penn Conference. The Mid-Penn Commonwealth includes 4 of the 5 most powerful teams within the Mid-Penn to start the season. Those teams include the Harrisburg Cougars, the Central Dauphin Rams, the State College Little Lions and the Cumberland Valley Eagles.

If prior years are any indication, expect many of the top teams from the Mid-Penn conference to come from the Commonwealth Division.
